The Cottages of College Station is the newest student neighborhood near the Texas A&M campus. We offer one through five bedroom cottages, duplexes, and garden style apartments. With a variety of options to choose from and a number of amenities, we are sure to be the best option in student living for your son or daughter. A few things that set us apart… * Close to Campus Located off of Holleman, The Cottages are located within close proximity of the stadium and A&M’s campus. *Individual Leases The Cottages offer individual leases which means you are responsible for your student and not their roommates. *Roommate Matching No roommates in mind… No problem! The Cottages offer a great roommate matching program that will give each individual the opportunity to meet prospective roommates prior to moving in together. Every resident completes a resident profile sheet that will assist in roommate matching. *24 Hour Clubhouse An 11,700 square foot clubhouse filled with the latest and greatest amenities will be available for the enjoyment of all residents. On-site management and maintenance will also available in the clubhouse on a daily basis to assist with the needs of your student. *Resident Events & Services The Cottages staff strives to provide the highest level of service to each and every resident. Weekly and monthly events are planned for the enjoyment of each resident. Aerobic and tutoring classes are just samples of some of the services provided in the community. |
